Now that I've spammed my journal...
I have decided my next venture is to make whoopie pies. Again. I tried them once when I was little and they were gorgeous. I just ruined the batch by dumping an entire thing of almond extract in there. It was pretty terrible.
I think I really like red velvet pies in the shape of a heart. It's sort of a Valentine's Day thing, lol. I won't be able to bake once it's Feb, so why not now? I'm trying to decide for the icing, though.
However I want to make one looking like this. Need to find a cookie cutter version. Or icing.
